Fill in Application Form and Curriculum Vitae, sign terms and conditions SCORE CIMSA Indonesia, and write a motivation letter correctly before sending them back via email to lorecimsaugm@gmail.com.
The applicant must be a medical student, at least in the 4th semester and graduated from medical school for less than 6 months when departing for the exchange program.
If the medical student’s university doesn’t have a SCORE local, the student may apply him/herself in the nearest SCORE local (you may check the SCORE referral list to see your nearest SCORE local).

The application form is only valid for this exchange period (SCORE Exchange 2022/2023 which is from April 2022 – March 2023) only.
