Healthcare System

The Russian Federation is the largest nation in the world by area. It is famously known for its wintry climate and its many tsars. The nation capital is located in the city of Moscow. Healthcare in Russia is provided by the state through Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund (Russian: Федеральный фонд обязательного медицинского страхования). It is compulsory for all Russian to have the mandatory medical insurance, although they are allowed to have private insurance on top of mandatory insurance. Through this, the government attempt to provide free healthcare for all citizens. In practice, after 2014 Russian economy crisis, waiting periods for treatments has increased and more services are no longer free.

Food

Russian food is as varied as the nation is large. There are Turkic and Mongoloid influence in their cuisine, especially from regions closer to Central Asia. Staple of Russian cuisine include bread and soups like borscht (made from beets) and Shchi (made of cabbage and onions). Vegetables options are more limited as only cold-tolerant greens could be found here. Indonesian worry not, for rice-based food like Plov/pilaf could be found in Russia, and there are also a lot of Moslems who provide halal food. The prices are also pretty cheap, at around 500 rubel a day or 100,000 rupiah, not much different from the price in Indonesia.

Transportation

As Russia is a very, very big nation, travelling between cities might require planes or long journey through trains. Russia is also known for its Trans-Siberian Railway, a railway line that connects 80 cities from Moscow in the west to Vladivostok in the east. Within the cities themselves, there are buses and trains that can be used to travel across the cities. The usual price for a trip is 30 Rubel.
