The applicant is a medical student, at least in the 6th semester and maximum has become a doctor less than 6 months when departing for exchange later.
Comes from faculty of medicine where the local of SCOPE CIMSA is located, or another faculty of medicine that is not listed as a local of CIMSA or SCOPE.
Has read and understood Exchange Conditions of each country that can be accessed at here.
The application form is valid for this exchange period (SCOPE Exchange 2022/2023 which is from April 2022-March 2023) only.

The SCOPE Exchange Applicant has to choose one country of level 1 + two countries of level 2 + one country of level 3 + one country of level 2 (as a back up) + one country of level 3 (as a back up), so in total 6 countries listed. Afterwards, the applicant has to prioritize 1 until 6 from the 6 countries listed based on applicant’s desire.
