HOW TO JOIN EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

1. Buy a SCOPE Application Form for Rp200.000,00. Send it to BNI account: 0838883925 a/n Rayhani Erika Putri.

2. Fill in the form below (Identity and the proof of payment)

3. Wait for an email containing AF, CV, motivation letter, & terms and conditions SCOPE CIMSA Indonesia templates. They are sent to your email that is registered in the form.

4. Pay attention to the instruction written in the email.

5. Fill in AF and CV, sign terms and conditions SCOPE CIMSA Indonesia, and write a motivation letter correctly before sending them back via email to leocimsaugm@gmail.com.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. The applicant is a medical student, at least in the 6th semester and maximum has become a doctor less than 6 months when departing for exchange later. 

2. Comes from faculty of medicine where the local of SCOPE CIMSA is located, or another faculty of medicine that is not listed as a local of CIMSA or SCOPE.

3. Has read and understood Exchange Conditions of each country that can be accessed at http://exchange.ifmsa.org/exchange/participating-countries-and-exchanges-conditions-scope/

4. The application form is valid for this exchange period (SCOPE Exchange 2021/2022 which is from April 2021-March 2022) only.

The SCOPE Exchange Applicant has to choose one country of level 1 + two countries of level 2 + one country of level 3 + one country of level 2 (as a back up) + one country of level 3 (as a back up), so in total 6 countries listed. Afterwards, the applicant has to prioritize 1 until 6 from the 6 countries listed based on her/his desire.
Levels of countries

1. The applicant must be a medical student, at least in the 4th semester and graduated from medical school for less than 6 months when departing for the exchange program

2. If the medical student’s university doesn’t have a SCORE local, the student may apply him/herself in the nearest SCORE local (you may check the SCORE referral list to see your nearest SCORE local)

3. Has read and understood the exchange condition of each country. You can access the exchange condition for each country from https://exchange.ifmsa.org/exchange/score/explore/exchange-conditions

4. The application form is only valid for this exchange period (SCORE Exchange April 2021 – March 2022) only
