Candidate Registration

  1. Candidates must submit a registration document with actual data without being represented by any party.
  2. Pre-Candidature Assignment, Application Form, and Candidature Form are submitted by email in soft copy to hrdc.cimsaugm@gmail.com cc: vlicimsaugm@gmail.com.
  3. The deadline for submitting each documents are as written below.
  4. Late and incomplete applications will be considered invalid

Timeline

  1. Application Form (CV Only) and Pre-Candidature Assignment: 18 April 2022 23:59 GMT+7
    in the form of a soft-file pdf with the format:
    – Application Form_Position_Name
    – Tugas Pre Candidature_Position_Name.

    The accuracy and speed of submitting the Application Form and Pre-Candidature Assignment will determine the quota for each Standing Committee if the number of members who wish to register as the Executive Board exceeds the requirements.

    For candidates other than the Executive Board, Pre-Candidature Assignment are still a component of the assessment.

    We will announce the determination of the Executive Board quota on 19 April 2022 simultaneously. After that, you can proceed with a Predecessor Encounter and request a Recommendation Letter to the respective Local Officers.

     

  2. Application Form (Complete): 22 April 2022 23:59 GMT+7

    in the form of a soft-file pdf with the format:
    – Application Form_Position_Name
    – Recommendation Letter_Position_Name.

  3. Second Call Application Form and Pre-Candidature Assignment: 26 April 2022 23:59 GMT+7

    Completed Application Form along with recommendation letter and Pre-Candidature Assignment in the form of a soft-file pdf with the format:

    – Application Form_Position_Name
    – Tugas Pre Candidature_Position_Name.
    – Recommendation Letter_Position_Name

  4. Candidature Form: 1 May 2022 23:59 GMT+7
    in the form of a soft-file pdf with the format:
    Candidature Form_Position_Name.
